Adela Fara

• Adela is a Senior Attorney in the GVP Timisoara office and she graduated with a degree in law from University of Timişoara (1997 – 2001) and Master studies in Business Law (2001-2003);

• She is a member of Bucharest Bar Association and she is fluent in English and Romanian language;

• Her areas of expertise are corporate and M&A, employment law, real estate, corporate governance and dispute resolution in connection with employment matters;

• Adela has developed her specialization and key qualifications in the area of corporate, M&A and commercial law throughout working in large projects, assisting both private Romanian and foreign clients;

• Adela’s key qualifications relate to legal advice to domestic and international clients regarding various corporate structure issues, corporate reorganization, mergers, acquisitions and demergers; drafting contracts; analysis, stock plans – legal and tax consequences; due diligence; Share option schemes (possibilities for implementation, legal and fiscal consequences);

• Recently, Adela provided assistance a transaction regarding the purchase of plots of land with the destination for residential and/or commercial; drafting of all related deeds for the transfer of ownership right;

• Adela has contributed to various projects financed by UE PHARE program. Adela was one of the project team members called “County Center for Professional Training and Assistance Management”, project team member in “Regional Center for Industrial Entrepreneurship”; Also, Adela was a lecturer in the seminar called “Legal procedures for the establishment and registration for Medium-Sized Businesses.
