Adrian Feneșan

• Adrian is a Senior Attorney in GVP Bucharest office and graduated the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law (2002-2006) and of Leopold-Franzens University Innsbruck, Law Faculty (March-June 2005);

• He is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2008 and is fluent in Romanian, English and German;
  

• His areas of expertise are corporate and commercial law, real estate, employment law;

• Adrian advised many local commercial companies, as well as international corporations having business activities in Romania in relation to a broad spectrum of legal aspects concerning corporate reorganizations;
